TAKE NOTICE that the annual meeting of the members of ELECTRIC MOBILITY CANADA (EMC) will be held by virtual meeting on the 4th day of June, 2026 at the hour of 1:30pm-3:30pm Eastern, to do the following:,

(a) to receive the financial statements of the Corporation for the fiscal period ending December 31, 2025, and the report of the public accountant thereon;

(b) to elect directors of the Corporation;

(c) to appoint Kriens-Larose, LLP as the Corporation’s auditor to hold office until the close of the next annual general meeting of members, and authorize the directors to fix the remuneration of the auditor for such period;

(d) to update members on the association’s activities;

(e) to transact such further and other business as may properly be brought before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

Pre-meeting materials will be shared with EMC members in advance of the Annual General Meeting.
