My 1st anniversary at the head of Electric Mobility Canada

On March 9, 2020, I began a new job as President and CEO of Electric Mobility Canada. Even though I began my mandate at the very beginning of the pandemic, I have greatly enjoyed leading this organization, one of the very first in the world dedicated to the electric mobility since it was born in 2006, 15 years ago.

I am proud of what the Electric Mobility Canada team (staff, executive committee, board of directors, government relations committee, etc.) was able to accomplish in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis.

Thanks to the hard work of EMC and its members, it seems that Canada is truly on its way to becoming a major player in transportation electrification with major announcements in recent months: electric vehicle assembly plants, support programs for the acquisition of electric city and school buses, increased support for recharging infrastructures, Canada-USA collaboration in the sector, etc.

Other exciting announcements, projects and programs are on the horizon… and this is just the beginning.
