Members elect new Directors
At the Annual General Meeting of EMC on May 8, 2019, the members elected a new Board of Directors. The new directors elected for a two-year term include:

- Nicole Morter, Enmax Power Corporation
Re-elected for a new two-year term

- Renaud Cloutier, Hydro-Québec
Continuing on their two-year term ending in 2020
- Catherine Kargas, Marcon
- Ian Klesmer, The Atmospheric Fund

The Board appoints a new Executive Committee
At its first meeting on May 9, 2019, the EMC Board appointed the following officers:

- VICE-CHAIR – Wilf Steimle, Electric Vehicle Society
- TREASURER – Suzanne Goldberg, ChargePoint
- SECRETARY – Travis Allan, AddĖnergie Technologies Inc.
The Board appoints new Committee Chairs
Also at its first meeting on May 9, 2019, the Board appointed the following committee chairs

- Catherine Kargas, Annual Conference
The Board expresses its sincere appreciation to Catherine Kargas who served as Chair for six years during which EMC saw significant growth and recognition.
