AddÉnergie’s charging station network still expanding in British-Columbia
– June 26, 2014 – Since the first installation was delivered for the City of Victoria (British-Columbia) in March 2013, AddÉnergie continues to expand EV charging on the west coast of Canada. The Quebec-based company has recently installed new charging stations that allow electric vehicle owners to benefit from new charging points which increases the autonomy of EV drivers.
After the West Vancouver Municipal Hall, the last installation to date was completed for the District of Highlands (Victoria, BC). Municipal authorities have acquired two new SmartTwo charging stations located at the parking lot of the Highlands Community Hall (see photo below). They are public charging stations and are available for all users of electric vehicles.
The new charging stations are connected to the VERnetwork and thus complete a network of stations already strongly meshed in the Greater Vancouver and Victoria areas. If you are travelling in the region, you can identify their precise location and the distribution of all charging stations just by clicking on the locator available as an interactive map.
