RIDE N’ DRIVE

This year, EV2018VÉ offers three free Ride N’ Drive events to suit all types of participants. Whether it is your first time behind the wheel of an EV or whether you simply wish to discover this year’s new models, there is a Ride N’ Drive event for you.


1. PUBLIC RIDE N’ DRIVE (SPONSORED BY NISSAN)

Tuesday, April 24, 2018 – 11AM to 5PM
The Public Ride N’ Drive will be held in front of the Westin Ottawa in the heart of the city.
We strongly invite the participants to book their test drive(s) ahead of time via our online platform (URL to be available soon).

List of test drive vehicles (this list will be updated on a regular basis):

  • Nissan LEAF
  • Chrysler Pacifica
  • Honda Clarity Plug-in Hybrid
  • Ford Fusion Energi
  • Kia Optima Plug-in Hybrid

2. VIP EV RIDE N’ DRIVE FOR MPs & MINISTERS

Wednesday, April 25, 2018 – 11:30AM to 1:30PM

Since EV2018VÉ is taking place in the national capital, we wanted to make EV technology better known to our representatives. The VIP EV Ride N’ Drive has been established specifically for federal MPs & Ministers who want to discover the latest EV models.

This VIP event will happen on the East Lawn Parking Lot on Parliament Hill.


3. RIDE N’ DRIVE FOR DELEGATES

Wednesday, April 25, 2018 – 2:30PM to 6PM

The Ride N’ Drive for EV2018VÉ Delegates will be held in front of the Westin Ottawa – venue of EV2018VÉ – in order for the delegates to join the fun too! Take note that this event is also open to the public.

*You must be 25 years old or older and present a valid driving licence to test drive a vehicle.
